5 lbs beef roast 1 medium white onion, chunked 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 large potatoes, chunked 3 medium carrots, chunked 3 stalks celery, chunked 3 cups beef broth 1 tablespoon oil 1 packet JesseGirl Grub Beef Stew Mix Heat oil in dutch oven or large pot. Add roast and brown each side then remove and set aside. Add all vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium/low. Add broth and stew mix then bring contents to a simmer. Once simmering, cover with lid and allow to simmer for approximately 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Chicken Marinara Frenchies

1 chicken breast 1/2 TBS JesseGirl Grub Chicken Sprinkle 1 french loaf 1/2 stick of butter, melted 1 TBS JesseGirl Grub Garlic Bread Seasoning 1 1/2c marinara sauce 3/4c shredded zucchini 2c mozzarella cheese, shredded Directions: Season chicken breasts with Chicken Sprinkle. Cook until it is easy to shred. Shred chicken. While chicken is cooking, cut French loaf in half, broil until crisp. Warm marinara sauce until it bubbles. Add shredded zucchini to sauce. Add Garlic Bread Seasoning to the melted butter. Brush butter mixture onto bread halves. Spoon marinara mixture onto bread. Add sprinkle of cheese. Add shredded chicken on top of cheese. Add remaining cheese on top of chicken. Broil until cheese is toasted. Mangia!!

Blackened Shrimp Fettucine

1lb shrimp, raw 2 TBS JesseGirl Grub Blackened Seasoning 1 TBS Olive Oil 2 TBS Garlic, minced 7 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 1/3 c Heavy Cream 1 lb Fettucine noodles Parsley Wash and dry shrimp. Add to a bowl with Blackened Seasoning, mix then set aside. Cook noodles according to directions on box. Heat oil in a skillet type pan then add garlic. Sauté for approximately 3 minutes. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook, untouched, for 3 minutes then flip shrimp and cook for addition 3 minutes. Add tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes then add crushed pepper and heavy cream. Simmer until the edges begin to bubble. Stir until cream thickens. Add drained pasta. Mix. Plate. Sprinkle with fresh or dried parsley. Enjoy!

EASY AVOCADO SHRIMP NAAN

1lb Shrimp 2TBS JesseGirl Grub Blackened Seasoning 2c Zucchini, coarsely chopped 2c grape tomatoes, halved 1 medium avocado, chunked 1/4c cilantro, finely chopped 1 lime, juiced 6 Naan Breads Heat oven to 425F. Place Naan breads on foiled lined baking sheet. Cook for 4 minutes. Flip. Cook for another 4 minutes. While bread is cooking, shrimp until opaque. Add blackened seasoning. Cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Chop zucchini, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Mix in medium bowl. Add shrimp. Add lime juice. Mix well. Add mixture to breads— Mangia!

Ground Beef Nachos

1 lb lean ground beef 1 pk JesseGirl Grub Fiesta Seasoning Tortilla Chips Shredded Cheese Black Beans Tomatoes Jalapenos Avocado Cilantro Salsa Mexican Crema Nacho Cheese Sauce Add the beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once browned, mix in Fiesta Seasoning. Set aside. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place a layer of chips, shredded cheese, beef, and black beans on the sheet. Broil for 4 minutes to melt cheese. Place another layer of above ingredients and broil for additional 4 minutes to melt cheese. Add remaining ingredients to the sheet in desired quantities. Dish up and enjoy!
