Bird Brine

Mix a packet of JesseGirl Grub Bird Brine with 4 cups of lukewarm water, stir until sugar and salt are dissolved, place the thawed bird of your choice 🦃 🐓 🦆 in a large stockpot or brining bag, pour brine mix over bird and add water until the brine covers the bird. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours before removing from brine and cooking. Use on bird up to 20 pounds. **Available from Oct 1st through December 31st **
