Do you deliver?
Local delivery can be requested for an additional fee. Please leave a request when making your purchase.
Can I purchase items but ship them to someone else?
You definitely can. Please just put the name and address of where you would like to have the items shipped. If you want a message to go with the package, please include that in the comment area.
Why are the blends different colors sometimes?
Natural products differ in vibrancy depending on harvest location, weather, and time of year. Vibrancy difference is perfectly natural.
Why does my blend cake and how do I fix that?
JGG does not use an anti-caking agent, so the ingredients may cake. Just shake well or use a fork to break particles apart before using.
Some ingredients fall to the bottom of the jar- why?
Some blends include ingredients of different weight and size. Smaller, heavier ingredients fall to the bottom of the jar because of gravity. Simply shake the jar well before use to evenly distribute all ingredients.
I ordered a 6oz jar- why did I get a different amount of product?
There is a difference between weight and volume. The jar holds 6oz of volume, but the weight of the product differs with each blend. A more herbal blend is lighter in weight than a salt and pepper based product.
